I have enjoyed this company with travel planning and boutique hotels for years, but in the last few years their services have been in decline. Their turn around time is slow, responsiveness slow and one of the experts I was talking to clearly was reading from a script and had no knowledge of the area she was "expert" on. It is now an expensive service that is not worth it's cost.
