Im extremely disappointed with the service I received at ORA Orthopedics. My appointment was scheduled for 2:15 PM, and I arrived early, checking in by 1:40 PM. I wasn’t called back until 2:20 PM, and then I sat waiting in the back room until 3:06 PM—never once seen by the doctor. I ended up walking out after nearly an hour of being ignored. I sincerely hope they don’t try to bill my insurance for a visit that never happened. My time was completely disrespected, and this experience was unacceptable.

After two appointments with the doctor, I must say I’m not at all impressed. After my first visit, I didn’t receive any help in finding a diagnosis, I wasn’t referred to anyone who might be able to.
