He willing and blantly lied in court, misrepresenting the facts and delayed filing a settlement of debt threatening to displace my family of three. Please ask for pleadings in your tenant/landlord case, keep proof of service and ensure that once you pay the balance the property/lawyer files the necessary documents to have it updated on your records. He is unethical and needs to be investigated.
