These negative reviews are so inaccurate. I think that some people are insensitve to the BUSINESS component of a practice. I have found Amy to be warm, kind and welcoming- so please don't believe some of the reviews that you read. She's been an absolute delight. Dr. Feinberg is incredible- I've only been seeing him for a few months and I already feel better than I have in years. No exaggeration. I've had three appointments with Andrew. He is a wonderful doctor. He actually helped my aunt 15 years ago with psychiatry. My husband also sees him. He's great with figuring out medication. I learned on my first visit that I was on a child's dosage of my medication and that's why I had anxiety. Now I feel better! As for Amy, she is very nice. I feel the need to speak up on behalf of Amy. She has been completely professional and caring whenever I have interacted with her, whether it be in person or on the phone. She always calls to remind me of upcoming appointments and encourages me to call if I need anything (refills, appointment changes, etc.). As she checks me out after my appointments she gladly fills out the forms I need to submit to my insurance for reimbursement of my out-of-pocket expenses and she asks how everyone is doing, including my pets.
