Great Dr and fantastic bedside manner.
Office Staff ARE SERIOUS SLACKERS. My husband is on Xarelto a blood thinner for those that don't know...once you start on this medication you don't miss doses or you very well could throw a blood clot that could be deadly.... My husband went into MyChart and requested a refill on Thursday. With no response he called up to office on Friday spoke with someone that stated they would get it taken care of.
