Karen helped me navigate through a challenging time. She is a great listener, very understanding and gave me useful tools which I still use to this day. I learnt a lot about myself during our session’s which I’ll be forever grateful for. Highly recommend!

Having since been diagnosed with CPTSD, it’s mindblowing to know I’d been seeing a therapist who completely disregarded what I was going through in real time. You shouldn’t need to get therapy to undo what another therapist did.
