In a world where old fashioned service is often hard to find , I am extending the biggest shout out to Andy . Stranded in Bright with a problem with 240 volt power to my caravan, Andy came to the rescue - spending 2 hours to find the fault and isolate it. He even came back the next day to follow up. Great service , competent, professional and deserving of 5 stars ! Great work.
Andrew has an absolute focus on customer service and satisfaction. His communication and reliability are excellent. He is flexible and willingly accommodates our need to have work conducted outside business trading hours and is a great problem solver. We pride ourselves or creating a warm welcome feeling in our store and the lighting Andrew has installed over the last few years contributes significantly to that feeling.
