I just closed on my 2nd refi with Cardinal and I must truly say, they are a reputable mortgage company that I recommend to anyone seeking a refi. My Loan Officer, Andrew F. is hands down the BEST! I had the pleasure to work with Andrew on both refi and both process was unbelievable, but the second time (November 2022) was unbelievably the fastest turnaround imaginable…about 3 weeks from start to finish(finish = loan wrapped and done). I appreciate Cardinal and Andrew more than words can express! Thank you!!!
