I asked twice if they participated in my health insurance and was told yes. Once over the phone when I scheduled the appointment and the second time when I arrived for the appointment. It turns out that despite the health insurance listing him as in network, they did not apply my health insurance. They charged me the full amount. Please do not put your patients in a situation that could cause debt. Please give potential patients an opportunity to find someone that is in network. This was incredibly unfair.
Had a great experience today at Dr Farbers office. He took the time to deeply explain what was wrong, and provided a detailed treatment plan. A rare breed in todays medical world. Ten stars

I was referred by urgent care for a dislocated finger, which I put in place myself… wait time was about 40mins and I was asked a couple questions like can I close my hand etc that lasted 5 mins or less and now I owe 250 dollars for a 5 min consultation… everyone was nice but just seems over the top …im in the united health care network..usually im covered for the most part.
