I have been Dr. Phillips patient for many years beginning when he was with the Doheny Eye Clinic. I have received excellent care from Dr. Phillips including 2 recent cataract surgeries. He cares so much about your eye health and takes the time to answer your questions. The women in the office are friendly, kind, courteous and professional .
Dr. Phillips is a great professional and has an outstanding team. Complete success on my cataract surgery on both eyes. We will go no other place for eye care.
Dr. Phillips is an exceptional eye doctor. He is patient, knowledgeable and concerned about my eyesight. Having seen him a number of times, including cataract surgery, I am a satisfied patient. Noelle, his assistant is top notch, patient, caring, efficient. Office staff, too, are very professional.
I am so glad I went to Dr. Phillips to get my cataracts removed. He performed my surgeries two weeks apart without any problems. Never even took a Tylenol. My vision now is 20/20. Incledible. All I can say is Thank You so much Dr. Phillips for giving me a bright new world to enjoy. Everything is so vibrant and crisp. I never thought I was missing so much clearity in my vision. I recommend Dr. Phillips without any hesitation.
While Dr. Phillips is wonderful and explains everything in detail, his optometrists Dr. Alice Lee was the coldest and most unfriendly person I have ever met. She did not introduce herself and barely spoke. I actually thought at first she was the receptionist I had to ask her if she was the optometrist.I would never ever go back to her! I give Dr. Phillips 5 stars but his staff a one
Dr. Phillips is an angel that was heaven sent! He performed cataract surgery on my left eye this week. I am blind in my right eye and he restored vision in my one eye to 20/20. I went out-of network to have him perform my surgery as he is the top in his field for eye surgery. He seems to do this because he loves to restore vision to those who are in need, not for any other reason. I highly recommend him if you are considering surgery.
