I’m a woman, mid sixties…Dr Arthur seemed completely disinterested in what I had to say. When I looked up his credentials, I was super excited to see him. I guess credentials don’t always make for a kind, respectful Dr. I was disappointed, I made an appointment with a different Dr for my follow up appointment in hopes for a better experience.

Dr. Arthur took the time to go over my shoulder xRays and explain to me my options in detail. The xRay technician was very efficient as well. All in all a very positive experience inspiring a lot of confidence.
