I’m so grateful I came across Andrew Evans plumbing, he has been incredibly generous with his time, knowledge, and patience especially through my many phone calls! The person driving the van with this companies name on it cut us off incredibly unsafely where they should have given way. They didn't even slow down for a second. Think twice about how you represent the company in the future.

Initially confirmed they can do the job and being placed on a cancellation list due to last week before Christmas. Four days and three more phonecalls later, being told the job is outside their expertise after all. Yes, with a problem to the water supply in the hot weather, not to be strung along would have been appreciated.

Avoid. Visited multiple times across three months to try and find the source of a leak. After being given different reason for the cause on each visit I was finally told it was an air-conditioner leak (ie: someone else’s problem). Air-con mechanic advises no issue with the unit so back to a (different) plumber this time. Despite my repeated phone calls I never received a single call back – at this point I don’t think their office knows how to use a phone.
