Avoid. Visited multiple times across three months to try and find the source of a leak. After being given different reason for the cause on each visit I was finally told it was an air-conditioner leak (ie: someone else’s problem). Air-con mechanic advises no issue with the unit so back to a (different) plumber this time. Despite my repeated phone calls I never received a single call back – at this point I don’t think their office knows how to use a phone. A massive thank you to everyone at Andrew Evans Plumbing, the team have been more than helpful after our... nightmare house purchase. Works included an entire new aerobic septic system installation (including decommissioning the old septic pit and concreting over), new cold water supply, hot water supply extension, garden tap fixture installation, toilet reseal and all new drainage provisions from the house and shed. Had a very pleasant experience with an Elis who identified the problem and fixed it promptly .Would recommend his services to anyone and if he is an example of their staff then they`re doing it right.
