I am a student who's landlord uses this service. Our house has mould which was first mentioned to an Andrew Evans employee in person Dec 2020. I have sent repeated e-mails, phone calls, voice mails and face to face visits. The majority of these are not responded to, and when I speak face to face they assure they will get someone out as soon as possible.
