Have had about 10 visits since starting with Dr Dukes a few years ago. My husband has been his patient far longer and it was his great reports that convenced me to switch from my out-of-town physician. I too appreciate his caring ways and the attention he gives to listening and explaining everything to us.
The nurses,physician assistance and Andrew Dukes are no longer my primary care. Terrible customer service. They do not listen nor care to help. I requested insurance referrals WHICH ONLY YOU CAN GET THROUGH YOUR PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN. THE NURSE TOLD ME THE DOCTOR WOULDN'T AND THERE REASON WAS BECAUSE IT'S TOO MUCH WORK FOR THEM AND IT'S ONLY A BENIFIT FOR ME NOT THEM.
