You're lucky if you can get a hold of them at all. They're voicemail either says back after 2pm which they still dont answer or they'll be returning the following week. Pretty irritating.
Not sure if it’s his receptionist or him but I’ve called twice in the last two weeks to ask a question and she has said I’d get a call back and I have not received a call either time. Receptionist also had me marked as pregnant before I called to tell her so not sure who she missed making that note on. Dr Andrew is nice but can be forgetful so combine that with an incompetent admin and the quality of care has gone way down .

Been my Dr my whole life, every time I come in there is some issue with her either telling me I don’t have an appointment even though I made one. I waited two hours for him to sign my vaccine list that he told me he couldn’t provide so I went somewhere else to receive. I literally brought it and only needed him to sign the bottom and waited 2 hours. SO unimpressed.
