I was referred to Dr. Dold by a chiropractor who new I had structural issues and needed a hip specialist. He was able to very quickly diagnose my condition, explain it clearly, and answer all my questions. Over the course of 5 years and 2 surgeries, I now have a totally-replaced joint and am on track to a return to full participation in athletic activities in a few months. Overall, the visit was okay, but I was disappointed with the communication and lack of explanation regarding my injury. At the front desk, I was asked for insurance information even though I had already completed and uploaded it. Once I mentioned this, the staff was fine and simply took my ID. The nurse took some initial notes and mentioned an X-ray, saying she would check with the doctor, but I never received an update about whether it was needed. We had a great experience with Dr. Andrew Dold. We brought both of our girls in, one for her knee and the other for her foot. Dr. Dold was confident, thorough, and reassuring with his recommendations, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and the way he took the time to make sure we understood everything. Highly recommend Dr. Dold!
Dr. Dold has a great bedside manner and is an excellent surgeon.
Dr. Dold did surgery to repair my complete tear of my gluteus medius tendon. The surgery went very well. I no longer have any pain in my hip. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything. I would definitely recommend him.
