Being the husband of an undiagnosed dementia patient an not being allowed to personally be able to speak with the Dr prior to or following testing is unacceptable to me. We will be finding a Dr with a more acceptable bed side manner/ humanistic attitude. I made prior visits to attempt a counciltation an even wrote a letter an hand delivered to the office. Got a phone call from STAFF for referral. REALLY THAT BUSY ? I understand medicine has changed but being human hasn't.
My appointment with Dr. Dill was very positive. He listened to my symptoms & immediately ordered blood tests to determine what was causing them. He also prescribed medication to address the issues. I contacted the office on Dr. Dill's day off because my symptoms had worsened. The office staff enlisted the help of Dr. LaPrade & she contacted me after hours to alter my medication to address the symptoms. This was my 1st visit to Dr. Dill. The office staff was friendly and efficient. Tanya was reassuring, immediately she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Very good at her job! Dr. Dill was so very nice. He spent time explaining some medical questions I had. So very glad I have found my new primary care Dr. Diane P
