Unprofessional and incompetent representation. My husband and I hired Andrew Berman to defend us against a social host liability suit and it was torture working with him. He paid no attention to us or the details. At the hearing, the judge admonished him for not knowing the facts of the case and of course we lost as he undermined and sabotaged our case after we paid him over twenty thousand dollars. The worst decision we ever made.
Don't trust what he tells you. Horrible lawyer. If you are looking for a criminal defense attorney, find someone reputable, not Andrew Berman. You will regret ever knowing this person. I am definitely not a spam. Predictably dishonest
