Dr. Lambert and his staff are courteous, knowledgeable about your issue(s), and will take the time to answer any questions. He will thoroughly cover your condition and provide treatment options.
Always on time to see me. Dr. Lambert and Valerie were impressed with my progress and ability to walk. They both took time to visit with me asking questions about my progress and they always answer my questions. I phoned my son who is my health care power of attorney and lives in Georgia and Dr.Lambert talked with him about my health concerns.
I came to Dr. Lambert with an array of medical issues beyond the appointment that was scheduled for me. His nurse Val and he took the time to listen to my concerns and alleviate my worries breaking down my health issues. He spent much needed time with me and went above and beyond his diagnosis of my tests. I came into their office anxious and left confident in my medical needs and conditions!
It was their first day at Carlinville hospital. But, they did great for figuring it out on the fly!!!
