This review comes years late, but we had a great experience with Atty Brodnick, who was helpful, honest and knowledgeable in a tenancy matter.
I am a landlord in Somers, NY and have difficult tenants. I did need a consultation and Attorney Brodnick assisted with an assessment of the situation. He was right and his direction is greatly appreciated.
I hired Andrew years ago for a Corporate issue vs 3M corp. He was diligent, thorough and we settled the case quickly. Superb!
Lazy, did not tell his client that he was not a litigator. All he cared about wWill be reported as getting his fee. Withhold information from his client. I would never trust him.
