After sending photos and supposedly going to get me a price I was let down. Very disappointing as I waited on him when I could have been finding someone else. I won't try again. Unprofessional.
I phoned Andew this morning as my boiler wasn't working. He knew what the problem was and was here the same day to fix it. He gave me a fixed price for the job. He is very professional and polite and there was no mess left. I would definitely recommend Andrew. Thank you!

Andrew installed a new boiler and shower set for me last summer after advising me on poor water heating and flow to an upstairs shower. He gave me a quote for a number of boilers at different budgets and no pressure was applied to choose one over another. He did an excellent and prompt installation, giving information during the process. Shower now working brilliantly!
