I had a wonderful experience at MyEyeDr. Vandora Springs location! Dr. Jaffry was excellent during the exam, explaining everything as he went. Cassandra was incredibly helpful and patient when it came to picking out my frames. She was right on target with my preferences. My new frames look terrific on my face.The service was top-notch from start to finish. The team worked with my VSP vision insurance smoothly and effectively. I had been going here for a few years. More of a run down location that smells faintly of old cigarettes. I don't appreciate the service here and when trying a sample of new branded contacts found that when I didn't like them I had to call to have my prescription changed back to the old kind. This took THREE calls and TWO visits in. After this and the Village District location being rough- I recommend trying somewhere local.
Waited almost 20 mins and no one acknowledged me. I signed in for a repair and lenses replacement in multiple frames. Thr priority is pass thru clients from an eye exam. If you are a walk in I would go elsewhere.
