P Ppps, Subseq Visit=$327.00 Pr Office/outpatient Established MOD MDM 30-39Min=$305.00 P Preventative Visit, Age 65 yrs or older=$358.00. Is this a mistake or a SCAM. Please check your items on your bills. Some one should be able to explain these charges!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Chester since 2010. I have never doubted his diagnosis or opinion. I have recommended him to others. One of his strongest points is his communication style. I respect the fact that he does his due diligence during my annual check-ups.
