My dad was referred by a friend to see Dr. Chan 3 years ago for an eye checkup as his optometrist of 40+ years had retired. Dad and I had a welcoming and positive experience plus the caring, honouring, respectful yet professional (and bilingual) interactions with Shirley and Sarah enhanced even more his/our experience. As a part-time senior caregiver we were unable to see Dr. Chan for a checkup for a new prescription in May 2026 so we saw another optometrist but we returned to fill a new prescription for glasses in July 2026... read more

The true outstanding team members are the secretaries, particularly Sarah and Shirlee, who serve as the welcoming face and representatives of the practice.
