The receptionist and woman that performed the EEG were very kind & explained everything to me in detail. Dr. Gin & his wife, Lisa, were the complete opposite although Lisa did advise me on how to move forward with Indian Health Services which is helpful. I had a seizure in August & had disclosed I smoke medical mj. All of my concerns were ignored & everything was blamed on my mj usage. I’m a retired hospital employee with over 40 yrs experience. It is my opinion that Dr Gin is a very caring, extremely knowledgeable doctor. He listened to the symptoms of my illness and discussed them with me without being in a hurry. Dr Gin and I also discussed treatments that were available. We then decided together, what treatment would be better for me. I appreciated that he was willing to let me be apart of my medical decisions. His office staff was very caring and knowledgeable and happy! 🤗
