Horrible!!!!!! “Doctor” Adams is an awful doctor. He never listened to my concerns as a patient and completely ignored my symptoms. Plus was ABSOLUTELY RUDE when I questioned him. If u love yourself, stay away from his clinic 🤮 😡 I’ll be reporting him to the State 😡
The staff have AWFUL attitudes, waits are insane for your appt as they are never on time, and when they tell you how far they are behind, they outright lie. If the provider is well over an hour behind, call the upcoming appts and reschedule. It’s not a difficult concept.
I do like Dr. Adams but his STAFF are not very nice to work with at all. They are rude and they lied to me about video appointments not being allowed. I live quite far from the office and had been speaking with Dr. Adams for 4 years. All of a sudden I could not speak with him over the phone anymore. I understand if that is their policy but why now and why tell me I cannot renew with a phone visit when one easy search tells me that I absolutely can; especially if I am an established patient.
