Terrible company. Takes a downpayment for a next appointment 2 weeks out. Ring to cancel 10 days in advance and they wont refund the downpayment. Also had an emergency appointment which I was sent away with a prescription for only painkillers, no treatment, no fillings nothing. Caused me to go a week in severe pain and ended up calling 111 for help also now going to get the tooth extracted which they did a root canal on 2 years ago. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PROBABLY WHY THEY KEEP CHANGING NAMES.

I have just had an emergency appointment. They were absolutely brilliant. All staff were amazing and the whole place is very relaxed. Had a tooth removed and a filling. Was advised of some further work thats needed but there was zero pressure to get that done as well. Didn't feel anything at all apart from the injections, but even those were OK. Overall a very positive experience and well informed all of the way throughout the procedure. I am now pain free! Great place overall, dont hesitate to get an appointment.
Big thanks to Maz at Norwich Dental Care , he was fantastic. Emergency surgery on broken teeth on a Saturday, so calm and sensitive. Big thanks to Maz 5 big stars , highly recommend
Had initial emergency treatment followed by extractions today, im very nervous /frightened of dentists but all staff from start to finish were so understanding and kind , the dentists were very efficient, kind and put me at ease , would recommend to anyone nervous about visiting.
