Doctor Bolin is very good; however, I just called his office back to schedule an appointment and was on hold for almost 30 minutes. It was near 4:30pm on a Friday, so I decided to check his office hours. It turns out that they close their offices at noon on Friday. If your office closes at noon, why would you keep your phone line open to take calls and go to automated voicemail when your office is closed.
I’ve had 3 endoscopies and one colonoscopy done by TDDC, specifically Dr. Bolin. I have had as positive of experiences as one could have. Dr. Bolin and his entire staff are extremely organized and courteous. They are knowledgeable and considerate. I feel very comfortable and confident with Dr. Bolin & TDDC, and highly recommend them to others. A+
Excellent staff, was completely satisfied with all the details of the prep, appointments, and nurses taking the time to discuss the details.
Dr. Bowen seem very knowledgeable and efficient. Our visit went very smooth.
