Horrible experience trying to ask Dr. Bergersen questions about my own health. He became immediately annoyed with me and threatened me with canceling the procedure that I had already been prepped for. Everyone else in the office was amazing and they all apologized for his behavior except for him. He may be a good surgeon but he is an awful person.
This was my husband's visit.....he said "the procedure they did was one of the worse experiences of my life. The pain was excruciating. I don't think it was done correctly, and I won't be back for further tests".
Well run from a patient's standpoint. Pleasant attentive personnel and Dr. Bergersen's a personable professional!
