I am a retired Nurse of 34 years so it takes a lot to impress me. Just the truth :) Dr Benck was fantastic! He reviewed my records and was familiar with my fairly complicated history before he cane in the exam room. He came in, sat on the stool (his hand wasn't on the doorknob like I have experienced in the past). He looked me in the eye when talking to me, listened intently to my concerns and thoroughly answered my questions.
