The wait was an hour, but the MD was kind, smart, honest and thoughtful!
Had 8:30 A.M. appointment and when I arrived there were already 6 people waiting in waiting room. So much for making an early morning appointment to minimize wait time. Staff was chatting it up at the front desk oblivious to people waiting. I wasn’t called in until a few minutes before 9:00. Staff could have at least explained that there was already a delay in seeing patients. This was for a 6 month follow up appointment.
