Not good at all.
I was suffering so badly and they understood and got me in for the procedure in three days,and gave me something to keep me calm until then
The receptionist was extremely rude and refused to schedule me an appointment because she didn't believe me when I told her it had been over a year since I had seen a GI doctor. I have never been so insulted in my life. I would not recommend this practice because of how I was treated and talked to by the staff.
