Dr.Standerwick explained my procedure from the beginning until the end and he answered all my questions calming all my doubts.Dr.Standerwick at the time of surgery explained what was about to happen and my pain management during recovery.I reccomend him highly he is humble with a calming voice but ever so confident with performing surgery.
I went to the ER with a ruptured appendix in the midst of a pandemic. Dr. Standerwick not only talked me through procedures and processes but also my family, who couldn’t come into the hospital due to COVIDs visitor policy. What looked like an inflamed appendix actually turned into a multitude of other things. I have 3 small scars across my abdomen despite losing my pear sized appendix and cecum. I am forever grateful for his aggressive yet cautious care plan.
Very disappointed from the method my procedure was done. Will not recommend or at least do not schedule the appointment as the 1st one, the hospital might forget to prepare the right equipment for the surgery you need to get done.Is sad that I did believe the reviews as well.
Dr. Standerwick, is very professional, great bed side manner, explains procedure, and what to expect during recovery. Very attentive, and listens to his patients needs, concern's.
