I called him to handle a civil matter and he said he knew the attorney from the other side give me his name and told me he worked with him for 10 years and he could negotiate for me. he said if you just give me $500 right now I'll call him. within a couple of hours of paying him over the phone with my credit card, he emailed me back and said that that attorney was not handling the case.
