Dr Becker takes the time to answer all my questions. He has been my Physician for 20 years and has treated me exceptionally well.
Dr Becker has been my doctor since 2008. I can honestly say he saved my life at one point. I am surprised at the negative responses that seem to be more directed at how the clinic is managed. I can say that I am not pleased with the staff and their attitude and the service has gone down since they became part of the Atlantic HC system. But I would stick with Dr. Becker as long as possible. He is an excellent doctor.
I have been going to Dr. Becker for my annual physicals and general health care for 9 years. He is a very caring and thoughtful doctor who looks at the 'whole' patient to make his assessments. Dr. Becker is excellent for continuity of care. He is a good listener. If a patient has 3 or 4 health problems and makes an appointment with Dr. Becker, they are best off making an appointment for a general physical so that he can assess the problems knowing the patients' baseline health status.
Dr Becker is very caring and thorough. I am a nurse and can appreciate his level of professionalism. He takes a lot of time to get to know his patients I have been going to Blair Medical for 40 years and although the original drs are retired now dr Becker certainly carries on with their goals . I have not seen any invited other drs there so cannot comment on them
I had a 4:30 pm appointment. Dr. Becker came into the room at 5:02 pm. I had four items to discuss. He got through the first two, noted he would like to discuss the others with me but was out of time, and left the room before 5:20 pm. On the way out the door he asked that I schedule a physical. When I got to the waiting room all office staff had left. I called back today to schedule the physical. The first available physical was over five months away. Time to find a new doctor.
This guy is one of the worst Docs around. Not only did I wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to see this quack. In an empty waiting room no less. As him and the staff were having a ball in the back. But when I went to pick up my prescription, he called in the wrong one! Absolute tool, I will not be back! I'm not surprised he has bad ratings here. I wish I checked before I went to see him.
