Used to be able to call and get a quote with no problem. Now it seems like the old staff has all been replaced with people who don’t care and don’t want to work. Sick of it time to just deal with someone else.

I had a vacant condo on the market and took out a policy to protect myself until it was sold. I was assured by the agent I would get a pro-rated refund when the property sold which happened within a month. I was told I had $167 refund coming to me but have yet to receive it after two months and four phone calls to Westland Insurance in Weyburn. Not good. Did not listen when I mentioned service not being followed through on earlier in the year (a grunt was the response I received), confused when I returned to sign paperwork they called me to sign, etc.

What a zen atmosphere. The hospitality was really nice. Kyle interacted with me while taking care of my registration and the renewal of my December driver’s license. We exchanged stories about each other and he took gentle care of me from beginning to end where I got my renewed photo. I loved the differentiated staff. Thank you for this experience. Makes me want to go back!
