This is a great clinic, ask to see Dana or Dr. Andy. Dr. B is also very good. Thse staff is nice as well. I wasnt very happy with the attention I received from Dr. Ellen however. She didnt seem very sensitive to my feelings or fears.
As another reviewer stated, Dr. Ellen is very direct & to the point. You will not be coddled, instead you will be given straightforward & blunt answers/information, always with your best-interest & health in mind. She is also extremely thorough -- a valuable trait in doctor!The level of care I have received as her patient has been most excellent.I personally find her to be very refreshing, as you never have to search for the hidden meaning behind her words, and you always know exactly where you stand.If you need to be coddle... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. Ellens for more than 10 years now. I have never, EVER had a problem with her or her attitude. Shes direct and to the point, and will answer any questions posed to her.
Ive been to this clinic 3 times and it has been the worst service ever. There nurse that greats you at the window is completely rude and obviously doesnt like her job. Doc. Ellen was very indifferent with my fears, her way of expressing herself was not caring at all. Just recently I asked to see the doctor asap, I was in pain and had already been to the e.r, she was in different and said if you feel that bad go back to the e.r understandable but, she that said she have no openings till 3 days later. I agree with the above...I had been the the clinic twice before and been seen by a nurse practitioner. The staff and nurses are friendly and caring. I went today and was seen by my primary care physician...Dr. Ellen Athens...and it was the WORST experience that I have ever had. Keep in mind that this is the first time that she has ever met me...she walked into the room, didnt say a word and immediately started looking in my ears and my nose. She said that I had "whatever". I needed the number and went to this site. I was so surprised to see a negative review. Dr. Ellen Athens is the most caring physician and has always been available for my family. She has gone above and beyond when my husband was sick. Her bedside manner has always been so thoughtful and professional and concerned. While we can all have hard daysI- its always important to know the critic and supporter for that matter. Judge for yourself.
i would recomend these doctors to my friends i have been going there since i was young they have great doctors there they explain things to you they take the time with there patients. but i do not like waiting to long to see the doctor this has it mis haps if i have an app at a certain time i expect to be in at my secudale time of appoitment. some of the nurses are rude at times they have no concern about the patients. but i would not go to any other doctor these are the best doctors there. but they should be on line or know... read more
