I feel like this place was a business at one time, but I feel like something may have happened to the person that ran it and it's running on auto pilot. I placed an online order, I sent a couple emails and called the customer service phone number, no one ever answers and there is always a voicemail going. I left a message, I never received a reply to my emails and no one ever called me back. Placed order over a month ago for basket and filters. Have not received order, haven't been given updates on order and customer service will not answer the phone, respond to VM or emails. Considering reporting to BBB
It takes a lot for me to write a review, but I am beyond frustrated by this company. After reading other reviews, I realize my story is a common one...online order was placed for a $2200 coffee maker over 5 weeks ago and the credit card was immediately charged, but the product has not been received, the online status still shows "pending," and my numerous voicemails, emails, and website messages have gone unanswered. Buyer beware.
Purchased a Curtis Hot Cocoa machine from them on April 28th, credit card was charged April 29th, no machine yet. Numerous emails and attempts to call someone, only thing they have said is I didn't get charged the proper shipping amount (website mistake) and sales taxes for my state. Asked them to either send the machine NOW or cancel the order. Then told them to just charge my card for the "incorrect" shipping and sales taxes. They have done neither.
