It's too bad I have to even give them 1 star...Ordered coffee in the beginning of December 2025. I was charged for it immediately and have never received it. I have attempted to contact them numerous times and have only gotten half a response once. Never got a refund. Super frustrating. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a coffee maker. They did not have it in stock and I asked them to just issue the refund. Months later. Still no refund. Still no coffee maker. Called and called and called, emailed and emailed and emailed. It takes an act of God to get in touch with this horrible business owner.

I ordered coffee off website early November. Still have not received! I cancelled the order a month and a half ago by email, but no refund either. According to an article in the Duluth Monitor, the city of Superior, Wisconsin has shut down ARCO's roasting facility because of fire code violations. Whether co. is trying to roast coffee at another location, I cannot say. Unfortunate because I very much liked company's Scandinavian blend when I bought it in Wisconsin last summer.

AVOID THIS “FAMILY-OWNED”COMPANY! It’s a dysfunctional family. They charge your credit card immediately for orders but never fill them. They don’t respond to voicemail or email, leaving you no choice but to work through your credit card company for a refund.
