I ordered coffee off website early November. Still have not received! I cancelled the order a month and a half ago by email, but no refund either. According to an article in the Duluth Monitor, the city of Superior, Wisconsin has shut down ARCO's roasting facility because of fire code violations. Whether co. is trying to roast coffee at another location, I cannot say. Unfortunate because I very much liked company's Scandinavian blend when I bought it in Wisconsin last summer.
AVOID THIS “FAMILY-OWNED”COMPANY! It’s a dysfunctional family. They charge your credit card immediately for orders but never fill them. They don’t respond to voicemail or email, leaving you no choice but to work through your credit card company for a refund.
DO NOT ORDER !!!! This company is not filling orders. I placed an order and Its been over 30 days. I wanted to cancel order but they wont let you. They haven't charged my card and I will be denying any charges from them.
Great coffee, horrible service. Ordered coffee in mid November, prior to Thanksgiving. Still not here. I live 1.5 hrs from Superior, WI. I’ve emailed and made multiple calls (> 3) to the company. No picking up of calls, no return communication or acknowledgment of my inquiry. What company doesn’t answer their phones during business hours or respond to emails? Also over a month & no order progress. Disappointed.
