This place is amazing.. Dr Splenser is one amazing doctor. His motto is "DO you want me to help you with your diet or diabetes ".. He has helped me change my life with Ozempic and getting my sugar and A1C down.. He holds you accountable and makes sure you keep your numbers good. None of that sugar coating stuff. Maria the front office coordinator really makes sure you accountable with your appointments and overall is a really nice person. The while front office staff is amazing!! This is an amazing office!
Dr. Splenser is very pleasant to talk to and tries understanding the root of the problem. I really like the fact that he is non judgmental and works with the patient as he explains the course of treatment. He is not pushy and takes time to answer all the questions and concerns. Highly recommended.
Dr Andres Splenser is great, he is very kind and thoughtful. However, his team is awful. This customer service has been the worse experience I ever had in a private clinic. They have a policy of 72 hours time frame to respond any not urgent matter, which is very inconvenient when you are having some unpleasant side effects with the medication the doctor prescribed. Dr. Splenser has been phenomenal! He's very caring and he took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Not a single bad experience since I've been coming to his office.
