I've been a patient here for a few years now, usually the eye doctors office isn't an enjoyable experience for anyone who has to make frequent visits, but what changed that for me was Dr. Parra and Severa. I've never felt so understood and heard until I met them, and sometimes being heard is all you want. They take the time to listen to you, they're knowledgeable and helpful, and they really make you feel like family. Kindness and professionalism across the entire staff, highly recommended.

Dr. Alanis is the absolute best!!!! She is so thorough and did not let me leave the office without checking my vision numerous times to make sure my prescription was correct. I left her office feeling like I had just been born and seeing the world for the first time. Thank you so much Dr. Alanis and Eye Associates of South Texas.

My prescription has always been so terrible since I was a child. I could NEVER be without my glasses. Having spectacle independence has always been a dream of mine. I found Andres Parra MD and after reading his biography, I booked a consultation right away! Unfortunately I was not a good candidate for LASIK but I was for another refractive surgery called PRK! Dr. Andres Parra, MD did an excellent job on my cataract surgeries on 1/31/24 and 2/12/24. He and his staff are the best. I highly recommend him. Sincerely, Jesus Aguayo Jr.

I am very satisfied with my visit to Dr. Parra, definitely I would not go anywhere else for care for my eyes. My expectations were exceeded from beginning to end.
