You gave me an order to do radioactive iodine therapy. It listed acumen as the vendor I should go to I called them they do not do this kind of therapy I have been trying for 4 weeks to get a live person I've left countless messages what I need is for you to tell me where to get the therapy from and to correct the order because it does not have the Cvt code on there. does anyone actually work here?
3 days calling to confirm the day of my appointment and no answer. They just put you in hold and then sent you to the voice mail message. Never call you back

I saw this doctor last year and had a follow-up appointment to see him on April 28, 2025. He ordered lab work and an US for my follow-up visit. Quest had two orders for lab work - one for my primary care and one for this doctor but the results went to the primary care doctor with the intention that one doctor would share with the other since there were duplicate requests.
