Dr. Ortega has a warm professional manner. He asks questions that help with getting me the right treatment for my medical problems. I have been seeing him for years and he has a strong knowledge of my history and how it influences my current healthcare. I fully trust his opinions. He is very quick to respond to messages in MyChart. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Ortega approaches care with professionalism and a good bedside manner. He makes excellent suggestions and allows for dialogue that gives confidence in how I approach my health.
I would give the office five stars because they're fine, and the doctor is very good. But the changeover to using the call center to manage our messages is a terrible idea -- they don't know us, there's no continuity of care, they seem to ignore some of the messages, and I never even know if I'm actually talking to my doctor. And recently I put in a message to my doctor that never got a reply. So then after a week, I tried calling, but the call went to the call center and I was told I'd have to wait another two days!
