Dr. Ortega is the kindest, most patient doctor I’ve seen aside from my children’s pediatrician. He takes time to answer all questions and seems like he’s really listen (and cares) about the patient’s response. I also trust that he will follow up on lab results work to coordinate care when necessary.
I’m extremely pleased with the quality of service that I received from Dr. Ortega and his staff.
Dr. Ortega’s office normally has a short wait time to see the doctor and Ortega is patient and understanding. He takes the time to understand and/or explain medical issues with care.
Good bedside manner, caring and responsible.
