Everyone is always nice but on Tuesday April 17 I waited almost an hour from my appointment time. Then I was told I had been scheduled for an infusion I had not been told about. My ride could not wait so we had to reschedule. I was given an order for a fecal specimen and then told never mind we see that has already been done,
