Very disappointing experience. Appointments seem meaningless—you can be the first patient scheduled at 10 or 11 a.m. and still not be seen until 3 p.m. or later. The doctor often appears disorganized, and the office is poorly managed. Getting medical records is another issue. I submitted my HIPAA form over three weeks ago and still have not received my records. The front desk staff are often rude and unhelpful. El trato del personal es el peor que hemos recibido en este gran país, el Dr ni enterado de nada, ante tanta malas caras fue necesario cambiar de médico, no recomiendo este consultorio a ninguna persona. Soy alérgica a un determinado analgésico y en una oportunidad el doctor me prescribió ese medicamento al ir a la farmacia a retirar mi medicina me percaté de esto y devolví el medicamento, desde ese momento decidimos cambiar de médico.
At the beginning of my son’s life, this doctors was the one that I went to. After sometime it started going down hill. When I make an appointment for 12:00 for my son he won’t get there till almost 2 o’clock. I don’t understand why you have that availability when you come in so late ? I will not be coming here anymore and the stuff is horrible as well !! Very disappointed !!!
Very rude staff and MD/office manager! Unprofessional and impolite.
