Didn't keep up on the medicine my mom needed would rate it zero if I could also kept making appointments we never discussed or agreed on and for context it's diabetic medicine so it's kind of important for her to be kept up on it

A very terrible experience with this organization I've been in pain for several months. There are constantly making appointments that I didn't make and then saying I missed the original appointment. I've been asking for a referral, but that was three months ago. I am an unbelievable pain went to the emergency room and they're telling me that I need a referral to get the birth control removed. Sigh, so now I have to switch doctors and wait additional time. While maintaining a family being in chronic pain ‍‍‍

Dr. De La Llama is an excellent doctor. He is extremely thorough, kind and very knowledgeable in medicine. He is mike many doctors actually takes an interest in his patients and this is very clear in that he takes the necessary time to listen to what his patients have to say. He is also extremely diligent in getting to the very roots of whatever issues his clients bring them the forefront of any conversations. He has been my mother’s Dr for over 5 years and has always shown great care and compassion. Very thorough with his plan of care and helps his patients feel very comfortable and not at all rushed. Best doctor in the high desert hands down.
