Dr Rubio is very knowledgeable and caring. Always very pleasant and has helped me immensely with my heart issues. Also staff is very polite.
Saw my daughter and could tell he had reviewed previous testing before the visit. Was great answering questions in a easy way to understand with a game plan spelled out depending on the testing she is doing today. Friendly, personable, and well informed doctor. Really appreciated his kindness.
