I usually deal with my best brother basem in Cranbrook B.C. however he doesnt have an installer at the moment, I was bringing my mother to a surgery in Kelowna December 17th and mentioned to him I wanted a good recommendation as to who to see there he told me to come to this location and Andrew or Cody would take care of me. Had issues with my dash cam and through my stupidity damage the camera beyond repair. As a result I needed a replacement. I was told it would take about 1.5 hours for replacement and they could install now. As a prepared to wait, one half hour later all done. Amazing service from Andrew and Kevin( the installer) Great deal all around.. PS With my previous dash cam I had visited the shop for some help and very patience and helpful with my concerns. Highly recommend all staff at this shop!
