Good food and very nice people!
11/10 BBQ. Probably the best I’ve ever had in my life. So flavorful and melted off the bone. Didn’t need the sauces at all but those were delicious as well - that vinegar sauce was too good. Patrick was lovely to talk to and great service overall.
I'm in the area for Cooperstown dream park. It's pouring, this place was definitely worth the drenching for my takeout. I had bbq the previous two days at larger scale restaurants. They both fail in comparison to this joint. Ok this place is small, all the better, they keep it fresh! The decor is not fancy, they keep it simple, and it stands out in their bbq, their sauces are good too, but honestly the meat was so moist you don't need the sauces.
