Meats are all delicious and the owner is very hospitable and friendly. Highly recommended.
Fall off the bone ribs, brisket and pulled pork you barely have to chew, all smoked with a dry rub so flavorful I didn't even bother with the sauce. Delicious cornbread and "cowboy" pinto beans prepared in the pulled pork drippings, so they're infused with the flavor of the meat and rub. My son and I went on a Thursday late in the season, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The owner was happy to talk with us about how everything was made. Was closed. Doesn't look like it has been open in some time. But Google said the Google result of date and hours was checked by owner 2 weeks ago. Supposed to be good food, so maybe call ahead and confirm it's open.
Hidden gem. The brisket is insanely good.
