Should have read all the negative reviews first! I took my truck in and they told me $2200.00 to rebuild my transmission and I could expect it in a week. I agreed and that was a huge mistake. I rented a car for what I thought would be a week. They kept coming up with excuses and took well over a month to finish my truck. That was only one problem. First time writing a review but this time I just have to. I have taken two cars to Andres. Everything from inspections to alignments to valve springs. This last issue was with a clutch master cylinder. They had the car for three weeks and still had not finished the work. Finally after several visits they replaced the part. When I drove the car home the leaky cylinder was not leaking but the clutch pedal was going to the floor and not working. Andre's is a busy shop because they do good work! They are honest, and they fix things right rather than patching and rigging repairs. They may not always tell you what you want to hear, but they'll tell you what you need to hear and need to do to keep your vehicles safe and performing optimally. It took me 20 years to find a repair facility in the Austin area that would not talk down to me or take advantage of me because I am a woman walking into an automotive repair facility.
