Recently been trying desperately to get an appointment with same old response i always get, the same response for the past 3 years, nothing available. Someone mentioned to call 111 i did and got a call back from the surgery the same day and an appointment was offered for the next day i was offered a morning or afternoon appointment by the doc, why did the receptionist say there isn't any appointments available today or the following weeks the only way to get one is to call between 8-9am for any cancellations? Never no problems here
Asked for a sick note this morning filled it all out online ..within a few hours it was delivered via text. Fab service and excellent staff. Will never change from here...yes they are busy but I always get the service I request.
Dr Andreou has been our family GP for over 30 years and has kept up the utmost care and respect for our parents children and grandchildren to this very day. He has always shown how to make sure that his patients get the best treatment possible. The care especially for our 80 year old mom who is going through the hardest times in her life is so much more than any gp’s could have given. Very efficient Dr's. You can get an app but not always with the Dr who knows your case. Staff are always helpful 🙂. No complaints. You can't please all the people all the time
